Control is provided by a new-generation mobile app. Immax NEO runs on the global Tuya platform, which can integrate all devices into one controllable unit. In addition to lighting and many smart home features, it is also able to handle security features such as alarms, cameras, and various security sensors. The app supports the language you normally use on your phone.

Final adjustments to the height of the hanging chandelier:

1. First, mount the pendant chandelier to the ceiling according to the instructions in the included manual.
2. To make final adjustments to the height of the chandelier, simply adjust the length of the suspension cables.

Shorten the length of the string:

1. Release the lock located on the top edge of the string (at the base of the light), by slamming it into the base body and then.
2. Then slowly slide the string upwards towards the base of the luminaire. The string will remain fixed in the position you have chosen.
3. Adjust all the strings in this way one at a time.

Extending the length of the string: if you have inserted the string too far, you must first release it by deactivating the safety catch (again by pushing the safety ring inside the light base). This will allow the string to be loosened and then adjusted to your chosen position. Adjust all strings in this way one by one.

Never pull the strings by force without deactivating the safety catch! Such manipulation causes mechanical damage, which is not covered by a claim.
