Access is protected by passwords and other technical security measures.
Purpose of use
The Provider uses the personal data to facilitate order processing, goods shipping, website improvements, and for marketing and promotional purposes. Also, our company analyses the use of the data to evaluate the use of the website.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Google). This service tracks and reports website traffic and the behaviour of visitors and makes it possible to evaluate them, thus helping to improve websites and their user-friendliness. The data collected about website users is anonymous. The service does not collect personal or sensitive data. Google may provide this information about users to third parties if required by law or if these third parties are to process this data for Google.
Google Analytics also contains the following advertising features provided by Google:
  • Remarketing.
  • GDN (Google display network) reporting.

More information on the use and collection of data is included in the Google Terms and Conditions. If you do not want to be included in the statistics by Google Analytics, you may block it using the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
Information about user behaviour on the Provider’s website is collected via cookies. Cookies are small text files containing information that websites store in your computer or mobile device when you browse through them. These files contain information about your journey through the website and your settings. Our website uses cookies with the aim of improving user experience, the performance of the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
This website uses the following cookies:
  • First-party cookies – necessary for websites to run (short-term). At the same time, we use long-term cookies to collect aggregated anonymous data about traffic to the website (Google Analytics).
  • Third-party cookies – cookies of advertising systems, social media, inserted videos, etc.
Cookie settings
You can always change the settings of the cookies in your website browser. However, remember that if cookies are deactivated in the browser, you will not be able to continue using all the interactive elements on our website. Most of the latest web browsers (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) contain an option to check the stored cookies in the browser settings where you can manually delete and block individual cookies or even ban their use in general. You can also block or enable them for specific websites. Please see the help section in your browser for more detailed information. If you enable the use of cookies in your browser, we consider it your consent with the use of standard cookies by our server.
Use of similar technologies
Given that cookies are not the only method for tracking or recognizing users of websites, various similar technologies (tracking software) to track our users are used as needed. Among other things, this enables us to track patterns of behaviour of the users on our website and use such knowledge for marketing purposes, provide or make use of cookie services, or improve the performance of online features.
For the purposes of remarketing, the Provider collects cookies stored in the visitor’s browser. Remarketing is about displaying advertising based on previous visits to the Provider’s website. Upon coming to the website, the visitor is marked and anonymously added to a list of target audiences. This marking is done by cookies. The data from remarketing is used exclusively to classify the visitors into segments with the aim of delivering more relevant advertising messages. The segments are created based on several general patterns of visitor behaviour. Commercial messages are displayed in browsers by Google, Seznam, etc. Remarketing is ensured through remarketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Seznam Sklik, etc.
Links to third-party websites
When browsing the website, you may come across hypertext links to third-party websites. The Provider is not liable for the collection or use of personal data on these websites or in these applications and recommends that you read their terms and conditions as well as declarations on the protection of personal data thoroughly prior to browsing or using them.
Also, the Provider is active on social networks, such as Heuréka or Facebook, with the aim of using and gathering information. These plug-in modules of other platforms are clearly marked with their logos and use texts in the style of those platforms. If you use some of these plug-in modules to choose some of our websites, it may then create a direct connection between the browser used and the website of the social network. Since such transfer is always carried out between the network and the browser, the Provider does not have access to the data sent or any information about it. If you were logged in to some of the platforms at the same time or log in to the social network later, the plug-in modules will be able to automatically add the information to your account. The same goes for using the plug-in modules (e.g. the Like button) as well as adding comments.

We can share your personal data only with authorized business partners with the aim of distributing an offer of products and services, shipping ordered goods and further communication with you, and in situations where it is required by the law, e.g. in relation to inquiries by state administrations, lawsuits or any other legal processes and requirements.
Also, we can share it when we in good faith believe that it is necessary to provide your personal data in order to protect our rights, such as during an investigation of a potential breach of our terms and conditions or as part of investigating, preventing or exposing fraud.

We provide Google with your name, surname and e-mail address, for their advertising tool Google Ads, after the order is successfully completed.
