Product description
- The Fenix HM65R-DT rechargeable headlamp features a lightweight magnesium alloy construction, high water and drop resistance, a unique dual reflector design and a total output of up to 1500 lumens.
- The floodlights produce well-focused light beams.
- One with a cooler white light of approx. 6500K (so-called daylight white) and the other with a warm white light of approx. 3000K.
- The luminous flux of the main floodlight is up to 1300 lumens, the second floodlight offers a maximum output of 400 lumens.
- The control of both LEDs is independent of each other, the light from the two floodlights can be combined freely to achieve a luminous flux of up to 1500 lumens (when both reflectors are switched on at the same time, their maximum output is 1150 + 350 lumens).
- Both lamps offer three lighting modes.
- One 18650 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 3400 mAh is used for power, which is included in the package and is charged via a modern USB-C connector directly in the headlamp.
- In an emergency, the headlamp can also be powered by two disposable CR123A batteries.
- The headlamp is made of magnesium alloy, which is one-third lighter than aluminium.
- Its construction is fully dustproof and waterproof to a depth of 2 metres according to IP68 standard, and also shockproof to falls from a height of 2 metres.
- Like other Fenix trail headlamp models, the HM65R-DT features a wide Sport Fit system strap with a single rotary wheel for easy strap length adjustment.
- This allows you to quickly and comfortably tighten the headband on your head with one hand.
- The strap is also perforated and fitted with reflective elements to ensure good passive visibility.
- Thanks to its lighter weight and construction, the headlamp is particularly interesting for trail running.
- It is also suitable for other sports activities (hiking, climbing, camping, cross-country skiing, fishing...). Guaranteed to serve you well in any situation!
- Main floodlight: 1300 lumens (4 hours) -> 400 lumens (12 hours) -> 130 lumens (24 hours).
- Secondary floodlight: 400 lumens (12 hours) -> 130 lumens (24 hours) -> 5 lumens (300 hours).
- The main floodlight produces a light cone with a range of 170 metres (7167 cd), and the secondary floodlight shines up to 92 metres (2103 cd).
- Due to mechanical protection against reverse polarity, the batteries must have a protruding plus pole.
- Older Fenix batteries with a flat plus pole cannot, therefore, be used.
- Digital power control, an indication of battery charge status.
- For longer use of the individual light modes, the headlamp gradually reduces the power in small steps to achieve a longer light duration.
- Charging time for a fully discharged battery is about 3 hours.
- Two switches for convenient operation and with the possibility of locking against accidental switching on in luggage.
- The headlamp can be tilted in several steps to set the desired direction of light.
- Tempered ultra-clear glass lens with an anti-reflective surface.
- Included in the package is a Fenix 18650 3400 mAh Li-ion battery, head strap, USB-C charging cable, and spare o-ring.
- Overheat protection.
