The large roasting pan with lid is very practical due to the possibility of using it on the stove and in the oven.
This is mainly made possible by the solid construction of the body made of forged aluminium and the stainless steel handles coated with a silicone protective surface.
The pan can be used for baking and roasting in the oven, but it can be equally well used as a deep pan on the stove or when serving food on the table.
The 3-layer titanium surface, characterized by its perfect non-stick properties, is the main advantage.
The cooked food does not burn, making the baking dish very easy to clean.
It is also suitable for healthy cooking with a minimum of fat or oil.
Neither the inner nor the outer layer contain any harmful substances, so the resulting dishes do not lose their vitamins.
The handles are made of stainless steel and are riveted, so they hold firmly and do not need to be tightened in any way.
They are coated with a silicone surface so they always stay cool during cooking on the stove.
In addition, the silicone coating is non-slip, so the baking dish is easy and safe to handle.
The roasting pan is, therefore, suitable for use in the oven, even with the handles, up to a temperature of 220 C.
