Product description

  • Very inconspicuous presence detector Hallway KNX in white color, suitable for ceiling installation.
  • High-frequency presence detector for indoor use.
  • Ideal for long corridors, aisles, and passageways.
  • With IP20 certification, we recommend not using it in wet rooms or outdoors.
  • The presence detector has a higher sensitivity compared to a motion sensor, so the detector better monitors even slight movement under the sensor, e.g. a sitting person, and therefore it is not necessary to move all the time as with a classic motion sensor.
  • The presence detector is designed for all light sources including LED.
  • It is conveniently set up and connected via Bluetooth using the free STEINEL SmartRemote app (compatible with both Android and iOS).
  • It senses movement through glass, wood, and column walls and turns on the light almost instantly.
  • Highly accurate high-frequency detector with a 25 x 3 m (75 m²) occupancy detection zone.
  • Special 140° opening angle and 360° total sensing range.
  • Functions: presence reporting; lighting control with brightness control; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control.
  • Recommended installation height: 2.5 m - 3.5 m (optimal installation height: 2.8 m).
  • Dusk setting: 2 - 2000 lx.
  • Time setting: 10 s. - 1092 min.
  • The detector is made of UV-resistant plastic and can withstand temperatures from -25 °C to 50 °C without limiting function.
  • Warranty period: 5 years.
